After reading the product description and reviews, this was a clear choice. I'm using it actually to make my own instant pudding. The flavor is good. It mixes well. It dissolves very easily. I use it in a blender and I feel like it's high quality milk content. It really smells good and it has a smooth texture, not lumpy

I seldom drink milk...mostly I use WHOLE milk for cooking, and in small quantities .. and the remainder spoils if I buy a Qt or Half. This powder does not spoil, is always on hand when I need it, can be used as coffee creamer, and is very economical considering the cost of wasted fresh milk. Can be reconstituted to any concentration desired.

I love that this is organic milk powder. I use it in all my recipes that call for milk. It is easy to mix only what I need. It mixes easily and does not clump. I have it on subscribe and save order.

I have been cooking a lot lately, and finding out that I could use dry milk plus water instead of liquid milk has made a huge difference to me. This is especially true because (a) not drinking milk myself, I never know when we are almost out; and (b) my family drinks nonfat milk, and many of my recipes work better with whole milk. Now I can just add 1/4 as much dry milk as is listed as "milk" in the recipe, and add about the amount of water listed under "milk", and end up with results that come out much better than if I use "real" milk. Plus, this lasts much, much longer than liquid milk, and I always know if I'm about to run out. I can't comment on how it tastes compared to regular milk, but for cooking, it's a huge step forward. This particular milk, which is listed as organic, produces creamier sauces and smoother baked goods than others I have used.
