Great to use and great value for money. Would recommend to others

I have a booty I want to take care of and these are my favourite resistance bands for that. They are comfortable but sturdy. They're a good thickness and material and doesn't feel like it's pulling on my skin like the more rubbery ones. The tensions on them are great. The pink one lasted me 2 years of bi-weekly home workouts and I have just bought more. They are very convenient - I can even workout at my desk. The pink band is my holiday essential - I pack and use it everytime I go on holiday.

Really strong even the light one

Bands are fine quality. Was a bit disappointed as another set I have from this company, black is extra heavy. Only stated in advert that it’s highest resistance. I assumed this set from same company would be extra heavy black, dark grey heavy, and light grey medium as per the other set. Really thought I was gaining more. Hindsight I would’ve spent a wee bit more to have another full set with black as extra heavy. Bands are marked and will be kept separate.

Brilliant quality for money, not used much but the different strength bands are definitely a plus, I use with my vidro plate to add to my exercises and definitely see a difference.
