A performance pant with city style, this pair offers UPF 50 sun protection, a stretchy cotton build, and plenty of storage. Columbia offers these pants in multiple colors and sizes. Extended sizing available. Available in various inseam lengths. Straight fit and Regular fit. Review: Great every day slacks - I’ve bought four pairs of these. I’m an engineer and needed something I could wear in the office or a job site and keep cool in the summer time. Like these so much I wet them almost all the time. These are comfortable light weight durable slacks that are machine washable and can be pressed if needed with a warm steam iron. I’m 6’5 300 lbs and the 44x34 fits well. I like that they put extra belt loops on these, it makes a difference for larger guys. Thank you. Review: Great quality and true to size - They are a little baggy around the calf and ankles and tight around the waist. I’d stay they’re true to fit but a little awkward. The material is tough enough that I don’t worry about snagging it on items doing chores around the house but these are dressy enough I can wear them into work for a business casual look. I personally think they’re a little stiff for hiking and outdoor wear. Perfect for when you need something dressier than jeans but want to be comfortable. Durability and wash condition are great. No shrinking or color changing. I ended up buying a few more pairs in different colors and have had a lot of people compliment and say they will be getting a pair. Highly recommend!

Better Than Expected.....
Didn't know what to expect. I found that the Columbia outdoor wear is usually hit or miss on fit size and quality. Surprise to me. These pants feel well made. The stiching looks strong. The cotton fabric is soft but the weave feels very durable. The fit is a bit over sized; but a full day of wearing these in the Texas heat to do household chores and they were extremely comfortable. So far so good. I would re-order this product again and again. I might down size the waist but that is risky because they might be too small in the waistline but perfect for the rear/thigh fit. For the money; a call this product a home run. Update: Just came back from 2 weeks in Montana. I fished, hiked, and bummed around in these pants almost the entire time. Perfect. Very comfortable for all activities. And they dried out quickly when they got wet fishing. Love these pants.

Great summer pants.
These pants have held up real well and are great for the summer. Even a better value when they go on sale for $30 to $35 dollars.

NOTE on FIT
I usually wear 32x32, those seems a bit longer than needed and very SLIM fit on butt (not too tight but close) Ordered 34 waist x 30 inseam! Those are perfect and exactly how I love my pants, Relaxed fit allowing good airflow and unrestrained movement.

Great material, but fit is baggy bootcut
I'm 5'11, 180 lbs and fall somewhere between fit/athletic and dad bod as I approach my mid-40's. My typical dress pant size is 34 x 32, which is the size I ordered in these Columbia Rapid Rivers pants. I was hoping for a lightweight, comfortable pair of pants that look a little nicer than your typical sweats or workout pants. The material used in these pants is about perfect. Very lightweight and breezy, but without any of that swooshy nylon feel or sound. Unfortunately, these pants fit like some baggy, boot-cut jeans I might have wore 20 years ago. There is nothing tailored about this cut at all. In combination with the lightweight material, I kind of look and feel like I'm wearing an oversized pair of medical scrubs. All the extra material bunches up at the bottom, which is about 3-4 inches wider than I would prefer. Since they have a high cotton content, I tried washing/drying on high heat to see if I could shrink them down for a snugger fit, but didn't get much shrinkage at all. These would be great pants if you need something that you can pull down over your cowboy boots or maybe if you need a ton of extra room to move around for yardwork. However, you might want to keep looking if you're planning to wear these in public and aren't trying to bring bag that vintage baggy 90's look.

Finally pants my college kid will wear!
Hands down the best pants for my college aged son. He doesn’t wear jeans. Always wore cords or khakis, but needed some pants that were not dressy, but still look nice. He loves them. Ironically the colors are all different prices. The most expensive, olive green, being $50. The stone color was $18. Amazing. I bought him 5 pairs!
