This is the best bracelet to date - love it!
I cannot tell you what I love the most about this bracelet! It is attractive, easy to add links to, simple to clean, and most of all it is super comfortable. I've had to use medic alert devices for many years and this is the best one yet! Better still, the customer service from Dolceoro is extraordinary. I had a question about the writing becoming illegible, and the representative walked me through a cleaning procedure that restored the bracelet to new condition. You will never regret purchasing one of these - just don't get it too tight! A little movement makes it totally comfortable. I added 2 custom links and they also are perfectly done.

Works ok
You cant fully customize it like some others and the springy band scratches skin getting on and off and catches on clothes. I have small wrists and at least it fits in the small size. I was recently put on blood thinners and that's essential information in an emergency, but the brand of drug you are on is important so just having it say generically 'blood thinner' isn't very useful which I realized after I had ordered it. I found others that are more comfortable and that you can customize for a bit more money, but you dont know what will work until you order it, so this will be put in reserve in case I lose the nicer one and until I can reorder.

Almost Perfect
It's a very good bracelet from the front side! When it flips to the back you can't see it's a medical alert bracelet. It just looks like a fashion bracelet. It does come with an extra link of the red medical sign so I had to pay a jeweler to insert it. Now it's perfect! I sent an email to the seller suggesting they should come that way. Hopefully they will change it.Update: I now see it shows you can change the links yourself. I don't know how hard or easy that would be. I still think it needs to have the red medical insignia visable front and back. Overall I'm very happy with my bracelet.

This bracelet is exactly what I wanted. The links are narrow, the two-tone (brushed and shiny) finish looks nice, and it was pretty easy to remove 4 links to fit my 6 inch wrist. The directions were good. It took a few minutes to remove links but it wasn't impossible. I used a toothpick to hold open the hook end until I slipped it over the bar end. I had 2 medical conditions engraved on the plate, they are easy to read. It came with an extra medical symbol that I put on the back so it is visible even when my wrist is turned. It is easy to take off and on, very smooth. I can hardly tell that I am wearing it. I would recommend this bracelet.

Stylish and eye catching
Ordered for my 79 year old Mom. She is dainty but she's worked hard her whole life. She has knotty hands but small wrist. We ordered the smallest setting and only had to take out one link. She likes it and has not pinched or caught on fine material. That was her 2 main concerns.

High quality customizable medical alert bracelet
I love that I was able to customize my bracelet, and put my different diagnoses/allergies on their own links. I had a couple questions, which Dolceoro answered promptly. They made and shipped my bracelet quickly, and they even included a set of the medical insignia for free! Great customer service, and high quality stainless steel that I don't react to. I was hard to switch out and/or remove links, but it was worth the trouble once I got it how I wanted it.

Nice looking
My problem is that the print on the bracelet is to small. It looks much bigger in the picture. But I like it. I think I will look for a charm to attach to it.

Love it
This was just what I wanted -- lost my other charm bracelet. The inscription regarding my medical issue is easily seen. The 9mm is just the right size -- can add 15 personalize charms which I have most of them -- the bracelet is well made and looks great.

Great bracelet!
Really nice looking bracelet. Slim not wide width for a small wrist. Attractive in appearance. Not cheap looking. Very easy to take out links once you stretch it apart to see how the links are connected so it's completely size customizable. Arrived sooner than the delivery date given. I'm extremely pleased with this purchase and would recommend this medical bracelet.

Very stylish medic alert bracelet.
My wife loves her medic alert bracelet. It is a stylish piece of jewellery, rather than the majority of the clunky medic alert bracelets that you see. She has a very small wrist (4.5 in.) and it was easy to adjust down to that size.
