I purchased these fish oil capsules because they had a good price per dose and a high EPA and DHA concentration. They're exactly what I was looking for and have a nice, neutral taste. I'd definitely recommend these.

It is standard fish oil. I won't talk about the benefits, you can research those yourself and talk to your doctor.Normally, I take the Kirkland enteric coated pill twice a day. Instead, I'll be taking this once a day. Less than the two Kirkland pills, but still around the 1 gram I need.In regards to value, these pills (or something comparable) will be much cheaper at your local warehouse store. However, I don't currently have access to one, and buying online is FAR cheaper than your local drugstore.These pills are your standard gel coated pills and are HUGE. You will choke on this if you don't use a glass of water!If you can deal with the large size, these are pretty great.
