Tom Clancy's The Division 2 - PlayStation 4 Gold Steelbook Edition

Great game for a great price!

As a longtime fan of Tom Clancy's games, I was excited to get my hands on The Division 2 Gold Steelbook Edition for the PlayStation 4. And let me tell you, this game did not disappoint. From its richly detailed open world to its addictive loot-based gameplay, The Division 2 is a must-play for any fan of action and adventure games. One of the things I love about The Division 2 is its stunningly realistic depiction of a post-apocalyptic Washington, D.C. From the overgrown National Mall to the crumbling streets of Georgetown, the game's world is both hauntingly beautiful and incredibly immersive. And with its dynamic weather system and day-night cycle, the game's environment is constantly changing, keeping things fresh and exciting. But where The Division 2 really shines is in its addictive loot-based gameplay. Whether you're exploring the game's open world, taking on challenging missions, or battling it out in the game's intense PvP mode, the game is filled with a wide variety of weapons, gear, and other loot to collect and upgrade. But this is a minor quibble in an otherwise outstanding game. Overall, I would highly recommend The Division 2 Gold Steelbook Edition to any fan of action and adventure games. With its stunning visuals, addictive gameplay, and exclusive collector's content, this game is worth its weight in loot! I bought this for my son. He said it is so much fun and that it’s a great game. He highly recommends it.

I am only 5 hours in, but this game has taken where The Division 1 ended up and improved upon it. The world is absolutely gorgeous and immersive. The AI is heads and shoulders above any other AI I have seen in a game. Even red bar enemies can prove to be a serious threat. The time-to-kill has been lowered, weapon recoil increased, and your shots have "weight" to them as enemies will react to being shot. The combat feels great. The loot comes consistently and is interesting. You are rewarded for going off the beaten path as almost every alleyway and room has some sort of treasure for you to find. If you liked the Division 1, I highly recommend it. If you like tactical games and shoot and loot games, I highly recommend it.

Everything that original Division was and more. For those who said that codes were not working, you need to enter the White House and check in your stash. My pre-order, Capital Defender Pack outfit and weapon were there waiting for me. In order to access your preorder content, you first need to play through the game until you unlock the White House. This is after the second main mission where you need to take out some Hyenas attacking the White House. Once you walk into the White House, make sure you complete the mission, before returning to the Quartermaster. Behind you should be a chest that is labelled as “Stash”. Open the chest and it’ll bring up the stash menu. To get to the right menu– R1. This will take you to the menu with the options for “Deliveries” and “Grants”. Access “Grants” by clicking on X on a and it should come up with any preorder bonuses/special edition items that you are eligible to redeem.

Enjoy the game and the price wasn’t too bad.

My fiance was really looking forward to this game coming out, as he was a fan of the 1st one. After looking at the different options for ordering we chose this one as we like having physical copies. I'm a big fan of Steelbooks because they look cool and feel super sturdy. He now agrees with me on that as he kept gushing over it when he opened it. For me, it was well worth the price and he's a happy camper :-)

YOU DO NOT GET anything with this Gold Edition. Except futile things such as 3 days early access to the game, which is not relevant since the game came out in March 2019 and we are in May 2020. You get some fancy outfits, one emote and access to some story telling. Ubisoft is misleading customers by selling a Year 1 Pass offered in this game version because it makes you thinking that you are getting a Season Pass which normally grants you access to an expansion pack such as the Warlords of New York and other upcoming DLCs. This Gold edition does not give you access to any DLCs. I bought this Gold edition $69. Knowing the basic game is right now $30 on Amazon or $15 on Ubisoft, It means that I paid for an extra $40 worth of crap. I am going to check with Amazon.ca if I can return this piece of junk.

Si es versión steelbook banda, llegó al día siguiente de mi compra solo que en la parte inferior izquierda trae un ligero golpe y el disco venía suelto pero lo cheque y se ve bien el disco otra cosa es que el código ya expiró 😞 el 3/15/21
