It’s a good piece for gymnastics. I’ve been using it for more than a year and I am so happy. You can put the straps over a beam, tree limb or pull up bar. I have them suspended by chains and large carabiners. You need about 8-9' minimum to really use these correctly. **Q: How do you increase the resistance as you get stronger, or must you always work with 50% bodyweight?** A: Add weight.
