I must highly recommend these if you have BPH and are having grief from tomatoes. These work even better than fresh papaya. I have tried other prostate relief formulas which do not help and give me heartburn.

I've been taking another brand of lycopene, but thought I would try this brand and I am TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!

Tried this to see if it would work since I'm sensitive to nightshades. In 3 days I had moderate joint pain especially in my hands. Stopped taking and the pain has gone away. 95% sure this was the cause and now investigating Lycopene sensitivity since Carlson insists this is synthetic, which means no nightshades involved.
