The product arrived a lot faster than the estimated delivery date. It’s a stunning piece of equipment and allows for an immersive experience for VR gameplay. It’s extremely sturdy and high quality. It supports various play styles and positions and very comfortable to use (once you get the hang of it). The customer service is also phenomenal!

The "device" and the company that sells it is a complete disaster. From day one, there have been countless problems in getting the device (along with its software) working. For such an expensive device, (similar to appliances), i believed they'd have service technicians that can arrive at your home to fix/repair any issues on site, right then and there. None of this is the case. You must wait 8-12 hrs for them respond via email (ass they are based in China) but even then, they want you to "prove" that you're actually having issues and send them repeated back and forth videos to actually show the problem; as if new customers have unsavory schemes to defraud them after having spent $1200+ dollars. Not only that, but any replacement parts ship from China, so you'll be waiting 3+weeks minimum if/when anything breaks. Oh yeah, that's exactly the experience i was looking for after spending so much money. I have never been so disgusted, nor have i experienced anything so disgustingly degrading and frustrating as having to "prove" I'm having issues with an item that cost me over $1200 dollars. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!

This is an awesome addition to my son gaming life he absolutely loves it and special thanks to the tech team they did not stop communicating with me until me and my son was happy with the results it is fully operational.

This took some getting use to. Once I found the sweet spot for where on the concave platform to position my steps (slightly behind my standing position) it was more intuitive to use. I find it fun and a much more active way to enjoy my vr gaming sessions

When I received this item the box was in a mess instructions ripped in half the inner sensor would not pair they said they would help but never did ahhhhh.i un boxed this thing twice because they said they would help but never did and the hub looked like some one spliced it with electrical tape i will never order from them again kat vr

I bought this on a whim when I was looking for some VR accessories. This sliding treadmill really helps with motion sickness and the space needed to play. When using the treadmill you can basically walk, run and jump freely without actually going anywhere. That freedom makes games much more immersive and a lot more fun! The sliding treadmill does take a few days to get used to but now it feels great.

"Mine came with the Nexus bridge and a pair of shoes in the box, so no surprises there. I hooked it up with my Quest 2 and an average Windows desktop — nothing high-end — and it worked fine once I got everything linked. The software setup wasn't too complicated either. You do need to be a little patient, but I didn’t need a fancy gaming rig or anything like that. Just make sure you’ve got Windows and some basic USB ports and you should be good."

Works as intended and great customer support. Only had 2 issues in my case first it shipped in 3 separate shipments which caused delay and made tracking hard but the customer service team helped a lot! Secondly the building process was not so great... had to build it without the manual because the diagrams were poorly drawn and confusing and the part weren't labeled in the build instructions. That said if you intuitive at building things you can figure it out yourself and luckily there's not too many parts. Aside from those issues once it got here and was built it works great synchronizing the sensors was incredibly easy and had no issues in installing the gateway. Gaming with it so far has been a blast and a fun workout and i would recommend anyone if you have the money to get this!
