This book was suggested to me by my friend who has already cured many peoples backaches and other kind of pains by following remedies provided in this book by this author. Simply awesome me and my wife tried the same for backache and it was amazing to know that we got releived of pain immediate the next day morning after trying what was told here, similarly in other cases of pain it was helpful to us, first i wish to thank my friend and this author for such good deeds being done to the welfare of the human society.I would recommend this book definitely to others.

When I went to India this January, I bought this book (both volumes 1 & 2) but in Gujarati language. I read the book and I was trying to explain to my daughter (16 yrs) and she asked me why don't you get that book for me in English, so I can understand everything. And I bought it for her. Everyone should read this book, if they want to learn lots of natural tricks to stay healthy.

This works it is reflexology and how to stay healthy and is detailed and easy.

First part and companion to Health In Your Hands part II, everyone should have these manuals in their wellness library. It is one of the few excellent manuals on the market that shows you every pressure point in the hands and the respective healing parts of the body they apply to. I am so happy to have found it here on AMAZON!
