Will large be big enough for my black lab who weighs 31 kgs

We have a golden retriever who is 33kg and we bought the large, but he likes to stretch out so we are now looking at purchasing the XL or even XXL

Do you wash cover before first use or not?

I did not wash the cover, it had no odour or loose material and my puppy has not had any ill effects.

would my king chales fit in a small

This dog bed would be perfect for a small dog. Iv got a sheepdog and hes to big for it only best for a small dog

I have a shih tzu, what size would be best?

I got the large bed for my working cocker and there is loads of room. Can fit 2 dogs in his bed but he likes to sprawl out (spoilt rotten) I think it depend if your little dog like to curl up or stretch out either the small or medium. If he's only a small dog then the small will be more than ample. This bed was the best thing I got for my dog who was bent on sleeping on our bed, almost thought abt getting a king size so me and him could get a good night's sleep. But thankfully didn't need to go to that extreme. Our dog has slept in his bed every night since we got it Hope this helps
