At first I felt this to be too strong, there is an element of "cheap perfume" as a top note to the very start. However this fades very quickly and upon drying even for a short bit has a surprising accuracy to the original. For the price it's wonderful, may not be for everyone.

The scent was supposed to be reminiscent of Chanel no 5. This did not smell like Chanel at all. At least not the way that I remember it. Granted it has been quite a long time since I have been able to afford Chanel no 5, so I thought that I would give this a shot. Why?? I should have known better. It was overly musky, and extremely strong. Seriously you could use this as air freshener for a cattle barn, it is that strong. I had a bad allergic reaction and was coughing and had to thoroughly wash off my wrists a few times before the scent was dissipated. It smelled cheap and overpowering, like the axe body spray version of women's knockoff perfume. I love the convenience of ordering stuff on Amazon, but I will never again order a perfume or cologne unless it's the real thing, and I'm sure of what I'm getting. Oh well, at least I'm not out too much, and I can donate it to Goodwill. Maybe someone else will like it, who knows? All I know is I couldn't breathe very well, and was coughing like crazy, and it is unfortunately not returnable.

I love the smell of this perfume. Smells just like the original & it's waaaay cheaper & the smell lasts well into the latter part of the day. No spray or bottle leaks. I have purchased several fragrances from this brand over the last few years & will continue to do so. 🫠

I’m not impressed. The smell is that of an elderly lady’s perfume. And it holds an extreme alcohol smell, very over powering. Between those two smells the unique smells are lost in the middle notes. I was excited after reading the reviews however, I should have listened to the ones that were negative. I’m sorry to add to the negativity. This is not a good perfume for me. It got three stars for the speed of shipping and ease of ordering, as well as the quantity vs value for money. Otherwise I would not recommend this to anyone. One more tidbit to note. Goes on very strong then hour later it’s gone. Literally gone.

Smells great, it lasts long & its almost identical to the original in its smell. Unfortunately, as i am becoming a bit older, with weird hormonal changes... certain chemicals ( scents) make my eyes water & breathing harder, and this was one. I had to give it to my mother whom does not suffer from sensitivies in the way I do, to just about everything & she absolutely loves it.So overall, great buy

This does not smell like the real perfume not even close. This was a waste of money. The smell is not inviting at all

I don’t know what Chanel No 5 smells like. I just assumed this would be a really nice perfume since it is inspired by such a popular fragrance. However, it smells like an elderly woman’s perfume. It has some type of musk scent. I sprayed my wrist to see how it smelled. My husband walked into the room a few minutes later and said he smelled my mom. That’s not okay. I will be giving it to my mom. It doesn’t stink. It’s just not for me.
