I was really excited to receive this product until I did. Oh my gosh! The reason I ordered this was I had chemo and my hair never came back the same. My hair is very thin and this piece is so expensive and doesn't do anything for me. The piece is horrible. The 4" doesn't look like it's 4". Maybe the 10'' piece would look better. You guys should be embarrassed. This is such a cheap disgusting product and to do it to a person that really needs it. It's unbelievable how do you guys even sleep at night.

The hair was beautiful and the right quantity BUT the clips broke on the first use! Without the clips, the hair piece is useless. Update: The company contacted me and rectified the problem. The hair is really nice and it's just the right amount to look natural, my advice is make sure the clips are working properly before you put the piece in your hair. The fact that the company reached out to me so quickly shows me that they stand by their product and the bad clips was a fluke (or customer misuse)

I love these clip ins! I will say, they are thinner than I was expecting, but I think that was actually a GOOD thing because they blended in with my super thin hair much better! I love that I could put one on each side to just fill in and make it look thicker, and I was also able to use one piece to do my hair halfway or all up to make my pony look thicker!! The one negative I had with these is that one of the pieces that I ordered had definitely been used and returned. I bought them for vacation, and before leaving I took just one out of the package to ensure that the color matched, then threw both in my suitcase. When I took them both out to get ready, the one I had taken out earlier was super soft and good quality, then I took the other out and it had a tacky, hairspray feel to it. So that was kind of awful, but other than that mishap I highly recommend and would buy again

The colour was a perfect match, and the length was what I was looking for, BUT, I hadn't had any experience with toppers so thought this was what I needed. It is not. I need a circular type with 4 clips for the crown of my head. I realize that now. However, this one is is reasonably priced, easy to curl the ends with flat iron, human hair and the 2 clips are good and strong so it won't blow off your head in the wind. For me, it just doesn't cover enough area, but I'm keeping it anyway. I am using it for practice until I get one that works better for my thinning hair problem.

After I opened this, I was definitely disappointed. The size of it was way smaller than I expected. But, the material and colour of the extension is great quality.
