Build Quality & Stability: The construction is absolutely solid - no flex, no drift, no gradual sagging over time. Once you position the SM7DB where you want it, it stays there. The springs and joints are clearly engineered to handle heavier microphones without compromise. This feels like equipment that will last for years of regular use. Positioning & Adjustability: The range of motion is excellent, allowing me to position the microphone exactly where I need it for optimal vocal pickup. The joints move smoothly but lock firmly into position. No fighting with the arm during recording sessions or worrying about it slowly creeping out of position. Compatibility Note: One small quirk - the twist-locking nut design can create clearance issues with some XLR connectors. In my case, I needed to add a Shure A26X extension bar to get proper XLR connection clearance with the SM7DB. This isn't really a fault of the PSA1+, more of a compatibility consideration when using certain microphone and cable combinations. Value & Reliability: This boom arm justifies its price point completely. The difference between a quality boom arm like this and cheaper alternatives becomes obvious immediately - no constant readjustments, no worrying about your expensive microphone taking a fall, just reliable performance day after day. マイクスタンドを使っていたのですがそちらでは机からもろに音を拾ってしまっていたので、初めてのそして新たにこちらを購入しました。 初めてのマイクアーム、到着した商品はそれなりに重くてびっくりしました。 取り付けは簡単で説明書はなくても簡単に設置できました。稼働音は静かで、好きなところで止まってくれるというのは本当でした。 マイクは好みの方向で設置できるのでよかったです。マイクスタンドでは決まった方向にしかマイクを設置できなかったのが、マイクアームを横から伸ばしてマイクを自分の方向に調整することができます。 価格は確かに高めではあるがストレスなく使えるという点は素晴らしいの一言です。 購入する際は、マイクアームの設置位置からマイクの位置の長さを調べてシミュレートしてから購入した方がいいと思います。

今まで2〜3000円くらいのマイクアームを使っていました。 その時はなんとも思っていなかったのですが、このマイクアームを使ってからあれはなんだったんだって思うくらい衝撃を受けました。 1.歪み、軋みを感じないしっかりした作り 2.止めたいところでしっかり止まる 3.おもったより広い可動域 確かに、マイクアームとしては価格は高めではありますが、その価値を自分は十分に感じました。

コンデンサーマイクは吊り下げ対応製品が多いのですが、ダイナミックマイクを吊り下げられるものはほとんどなくこの製品を選択しました。 XM8500、SM7Bなどのダイナミックマイクを吊り下げて使用しています。 しっかりと支えてくれるので安心感があり、マイクが自重で下がってくることもなく、位置を調整してもスムーズに動き、ピタッと止まってくれるのが便利です。

マイクを固定する円形の金具が旧モデルよりも大型化してますので、取り付けるマイクの形状によっては干渉する可能性があります。自分はAston Microphones社製品で完全に干渉してしまったので、これを機会にショックマウントを導入して問題は解決しました。 性能については軽量なマイクでも思った場所にピタッと固定できますし、剛性もしっかりしていて今までのマイクアームの中で最高点を付けたいです。

マイクアームの買い替えで購入しました。 SM7Bにプリアンプ（DM1）を組み合わせて使用しています。使い始めて、マイクの悩みがかなり解決しました。高価ですが、迷っているなら購入をお勧めします。 ◾️良かった点 アームが長く、狙った場所にピタリと止まります。 以前のマイクアームは短く、可動域が狭いものでした。設置位置を何度か変えてみましたが、モニターが見えづらくなったり、マイクが遠かったり、うまくいきませんでした。 PSA1+はアームが長く、可動域が広いため、ベストな位置にマイクを固定できます。マイクを口元に近づけられ、音質も向上します。 また、片手で位置調整が出来るため、マイクを使わないときは、傍によけることができます。マイクが邪魔にならず、運用が楽になりました。 ◾️気になった点 SM7BとDM1を組み合わせると、DM1の分だけ上に飛び出ます。気になる方は、SHURE A26X エクステンションバーを組み合わせると、綺麗に収まるのでおすすめです。

Jag gick ifrån en PSA1 non-plus versionen, och jag måste bara säga hur mycket bättre denna updaterade versionen känns. Skruvarna på denna känns inte som att man kan spänna sönder som det gjorde med förra generation... Dessutom så är denna så otroligt tyst och stabil, och dessutom väldigt snygg tack vare "fodralet" på den. Kan bara rekommendera. Kommer fungera till alla mikrofoner dina drömmar når.

I have been a RODE customer for years. And until now have used mic stands. But setting up my new studio space I needed to maximize floor space and stands just clutter up the place. I was looking for a boom arm for a while. And once I found the great reviews on the PSA1+ I was convinced. Honestly from the packaging which is first class, very protective and well thought out. To the effortless setup, which includes two attachment choices for you. 1 method is the clamp, which is a well thought out design, it has a broad and importantly FLAT connector between the two desk top piece and the under desk screw clamp. The broad flat connector means it can brace against the flat edge of your surface and stop any rotation or twisting of the mount. Method 2 a very cool looking 'in desk' solution. It requires drilling if you want to use this. But it is a very nice light gold anodized metal with cable management holes. I would have used this if I had the space on my studio desk. But I wanted it mounted right at the back of my top shelf as you see in my photos. So I can tuck the mic out of the way. I thought it might be too close to the edge to drill there. Once attached it is ROCK SOLID. With the microphone attached (my RODE mic) the arm is setup with a nice counterweight to it. Mic and arm moves as one piece and stays exactly where I put it. I did not have to adjust the tension at all, it worked right out of the box. Of course that might be more luck than anything else. But if needed both segments of the arm can have their tension increased or decreased. I looked at much cheaper alternatives and some really expensive ones above this price point. But this is the arm to choose. You won't be dissapointed.

Pourquoi le PSA1+ ? Acheté en même temps que mon Rode PodMic et ma GoXLR pour avoir un setup complet. Quand on met le prix dans un bon micro, autant ne pas le poser sur un bras qui tremble ou qui grince. Installation On fixe la pince sur le bureau, on monte le bras, on clipse le micro et c'est réglé. Le système de fixation est solide, aucun jeu. Le câble XLR passe à l'intérieur du bras, du coup c'est propre visuellement, pas de fil qui pendouille. Au quotidien Le PodMic est pas léger avec son boîtier full metal, et le PSA1+ le tient sans broncher. Le bras reste exactement là où on le place, pas de descente lente au fil des heures. Les mouvements sont fluides et silencieux, aucun grincement quand on repositionne le micro en plein stream. Qualité de fabrication C'est du costaud. Le métal est épais, les articulations sont précises, on sent la différence avec les bras à 30€. Le look est sobre et discret, il se fond dans n'importe quel setup. Un bémol ? Le prix est au-dessus de la moyenne pour un bras micro, mais on paie la qualité et la tranquillité. Une fois installé on n'y pense plus. En résumé Si vous avez un micro un peu lourd comme le PodMic, ne faites pas l'impasse sur un bon bras. Le PSA1+ fait exactement ce qu'on lui demande, en silence. Je mettrai à jour cet avis si quoi que ce soit évolue avec le temps.
