the product colour was great. fades on ends faster and colour fades faster than 30 washes. Great way to try or correct colour temporarily

Great product but one less star due to shade of red (light auburn 6R) not being quite what was expected. I understand everyone’s starting color affects the outcome but I don’t believe my hair was very dark to begin with. However, it covered my grays wonderfully! Obviously the color pulled much light on my roots than the rest of my hair but I don’t mind, as it’s not a crazy difference. I’ll provide a before and after. I love that the applicator bottle has a tip that you can simple pop off instead of having to cut it. The included conditioner is a generous tube that can be used for a few washes after so that’s nice. Overall I would purchase and use again, especially for the price point and since I also need two boxes to cover the amount of hair I have.

This color did not turn out as it was advertised on the package. I bought a light Auburn and it tuned out as a dark Burgundy. Same happened to my mom's color. Her 8N COLOR turned out way darker than it has to be. Not going to buy this brand anymore !!

I really love that the color came out exactly as pictured and doesn’t feel like it damaged my hair at all! It is definitely demi permanent so a great way to check out new options. I recommend heavily!
