Requires Refrigeration with shipping otherwise product is no good
Great product, which I highly recommend, but produced in the USA and refrigeration required. My order was shipped without refrigeration or ice packs, which ruined the product. Just not feasible to get a viable product without refrigeration. The manufacturer includes a temperature sensor with the order to indicate if it gets exposed to high heat (mine was).

Easier to open package
This cold delivery unlike past packaging was real easy for this disabled person to open. My Gastroenterologist recommended this probiotic as a must use everyday form of treatment along with other probiotics. While my indigestion issues have not been "cured", they're now under control. I recommend this live product for its freshness and usefulness. I do not like that a receipt for Uncle Sam is not included in the packaging.
