今までテフロンしか使った事なく、テフロン剥がれが嫌で初めてセラミックコーティングにしてみました。まだ使い始めですが、なかなか良いです。くっ付かないし汚れも落ちやすい。浅めの造りで小型なので炒める際にあおるのはやりにくいですが、蓋付きなので使い勝手は良く、一人用には重宝してます。
