In your pocket
This portable SSD, is great. 1TB for the price is great. Easy to use, just plug and play. The size of it makes it perfect to fit in your pocket, or in your purse, and you would not even notice its their because it is very light. The look overall is perfect, not bulky or crazy looking.

Did not work in ANY port of the Mac Mini M2
Despite being informed it would worky by Vansuny in the questions here, it would not work in any port, neither USB or USB-C, on my new Mac Mini M2 Pro. The OS did not recognize the device. I plugged it into my USB3.0 hub with its USB plug and it was recognized and worked, but only at USB2.0 speed, less than .5G/second. Why it didn't work full speed I can't guess. I reformatted it to APFS, rebooted, and tried everything in the book. Everything else I own works find on these ports--but not this gizmo. I don't know if it was defective or what and no longer care. [ After requesting return I found I could get it to work in the thunderbolt port if I turned the USB-C plug upside down! It apparently has a "top" and "bottom". At that point it worked at USB 2.0 speed only. ] Sent it back.

Sleek and efficient
Very nice, sleek, easy to set up. Comes with a little cord and a keeper of some kind. Also, the fittings are very tight, a sign of good tolerances. Also, its just a plain c drive input, not that STUPID bi c drive wierd thing.

Not user friendly; instructions should be clearer for troubleshooting before using
Does not work with all iPhones: for some you need a USB adapter/converter; once you acquire this adapter, you still cannot upload your iPhone photos into the drive because phone doesn't recognize the location/folder for the drive. YouTube troubleshooting says you need to reformat the drive and in the process it will erase all of the data already on the drive--which, too late, we cannot afford to lose. Frustrating! We were only looking for a plug and play device.
