I ordered this pillow to use under my side while I sleep to keep my spine as straight as possible. The first few nights it felt a little too supportive to give the correct angle. I contacted the Kingdom of Bags service team by e-mail and they told me they would send me another softer version at no charge and I could keep the first one! I was amazed and waited a short time for the new pillow to arrive. It is terrific and just the right softness to give support but not push my spine upwards. The pillow appears to be of excellent quality and I believe it will hold up for a long time. Terrific customer service.

Great cushion, not too soft, not too hard. Maybe a 7 to 8 out of 10 on a hardness scale. This is appropriately providing a long term effect on helping my spine to re-shape the natural S-curve. I can imagine some may consider it a bit too hard, but for me, knowing sometimes firmer is actually healthier for our bodies.This does not generate or store heat as well. I've had 3 different kinds of memory foam mattresses and I am sensitive to heat. I can tell with a great deal of happiness that I don't feel any heat from this lower back cushion.

I used my memory foam pillow (white one) to get extra lower back support. But it was too thick. This product has the right dimensions and support. My wife used it once and it is good for leg relaxation. Like it so far:)

I sleep with this every night since it arrived. I put it in a silk pillowcase so I only have to wash that case. I am a side sleeper. Since I have used this pillow, no more tossing back and forth to keep my back from hurting in the night. This was such an easy fix. I wish I had known that I needed this type of pillow.

I love absolutely love this product!I've dealt with fibromyalgia for the last several years and struggled to sleep many nights due to pain and the inability to get comfortable. This pillow is soft yet firm enough to give just the perfect amount of support. It takes away the pressure and discomfort not only for my back but also my shoulder and hip when side sleeping so I wake up in less pain.Definitely a good product to have if you have back pain and want to get rid of it.

I bought this product because I every morning I would constantly wake up feeling very stiff. I know that the way that you sleep can help with alleviating some of the stiffness so I bought this pillow to place on my back and on my stomach. For those of you that are huge stomach sleepers like me, after almost a month of having this product I definitely feel like it has helped me feel less pressure on my back when I sleep on my stomach and I don't wake up as stiff. It was worth the money, would buy again.

Well, first let me say I have chronic low back pain and I sleep on my side. I used to always have a pillow there to help but I would always wake up sore still. So I found this however, there are pros and cons to this pillow.Cons:It’s small so when you move at night it moves to and will not stay in placeThere will not be a pillow case for this u less you make oneProsWhen it stays in place it does release some pressure not all and it’s not perfect but it’s better than what I was doing before.I have been able to use this for other things like lifting my knee up while laying down not High it anything but enough to again release some pressure.Also used it for some neck suppose while laying down watching tv or reading a book (or online shopping)

I don't usually leave reviews unless I really like something... And I really like this pillow. My right hip/lower back has been killing me for well over a year now. It comes and goes but lately it's stuck around and it sucks. So I got this pillow. First few nights I threw it off the bed half way through the night. It was super awkward. But then, I woke up in the morning, pillow still there, and my hip hurt considerably less. It's been almost a week now and I feel great. I can even sleep on my stomach with it and it keeps my lower back and hips supported so that doesn't hurt anymore either. It stays where it's supposed to too. I even bought one for my mom!

This is a great lumbar support pillow. I have a disc bulge in my L4-L5 spine and have had trouble sleeping the past few months because I would wake up with lower back pain. This pillow has definitely reduced pain (not completely but still a great amount) and is very comfy. Would definitely recommend to others who have disc bulges, disc herniation or sciatica.

Not memory foam, terrible chemical smell, cheap liner. Returned it after 1 minute of opening package. Poor quality is very easy to spot.

Great for lower back. Provides the support I need as a side sleeper and also great to stretch the back. I was worried it would be too thick or hard but it’s just right and very comfortable. Got to email with the seller who was really accommodating and nice. I am purchasing another one for my mom.
