The pack came with a 4Ah battery which works great but is heavy. This 2Ah battery is almost half the weight. Much nicer to string trim with. Plus now I can string trim while waiting to the 4Ah battery to charge. Review: I am giving this a five star only because I know it worked because the light turned on but I had to return it because it was not compatible with my battery. That was my mistake and nothing to do with the actual charger quality or performance. However,iIt seems to be build well. Looks very sturdy.

Works well it’s a little slower than the one that came with my mower

Battery is similar to the Kobalt 60v 2Ah but does not fit into the Kobalt charger or Lawnmover.
