Useful touches
First trip out with the bag was a success. I like the front access zip, and the capacity is great for 5 day trips even at the standard carry on size. The expansion zip is nice in case I need more space for extended trips.The only wish is if the handle didn’t take as much space on the inside, but still good for the price.

Amazing luggage
Great for a quick trip. I went on a 4 day trip to Europe with this piece. Everything fit well and I was able to buy stuff and pack it in this beauty.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this to replace a Mia Toro carry-on that I loved and I must say so far, I am happy with this purchase...the color is perfect and will hide scratches too! I gave it 4 stars for two reasons, one, the handle is a little wobbly and two, I haven't flown with it yet. I am impressed with the wheel base and it rolls in any direction with little effort. I really like the fact that the interior is NOT black and includes an accessory bag/packing cube for additional organization. The expansion capability is needed, as it is a bit smaller than what I expected. The lock was easy to reset to my personal code and the zippers are sufficient quality so o do not foresee any issues with either. The wet pocket is a lifesaver along with the outer access to a charging port( if you have one) I didn't hesitate to customize my new piece!

Item received with defective snaps inside. Impossible to snap or unsnap without pliers and screwdriver and I wasn't about to muck it all up doing that. Sent back expecting a full refund as the product was not usable as received. Seller only offering 70% refund to cover their return shipping of a product that should never have left their possession in the first place. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. ZERO STARS...WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
