This is a great product. If you take it at the first sign of a rough throat, sneezing or sniffles it can either prevent fly and colds from grabbing hold of you or greatly shorten their duration. I take two capsules 3 times the first day then buck it down to 2 x a day after that. Gave it to 2 if my friends. The one who took it at the first sign of her sire throat and sniffles was almost well by morning while the other, who had already been ill for a day felt much better the next day and was well by day 4. She tends to hold on to colds and flush while I have weak lungs and can go down for a month or longer. So this had become one if the most important herbs in both of our medicine cabinets. I will never be without it after this and am telling all of my friends about it. Add some odorless garlic for an even faster recovery if the flu has already taken hold. Works like a charm.

My husband and my son got influenza A, I had an upper respiratory tract infection at the same time. After all the feverish part ended, we were all coughing non-stop all day long. I ordered one box from Amazon after reading the reviews. I used 2 pills, and it worked like magic. After one day, I told my husband and son (he was still going to school back then) to take. They did not believe me, but to be nice they tried. When they came home in the evening and both confirmed they had a lot more pleasant day. I ended up ordering two more boxes. My husband always had alergies in spring watery eyes, sneezing. He used twice a day this spring and ihe had no problems. If he missed the dose his symptoms started again.

It was definitely helpful for me in my time of illness. But I wouldn't use it on its own and expect to recover fully.

My whole house got sick last month and skip me the 1st go round using Andrographis, Astragalus, and elderberry and elderberry but got me on the 2nd and even then it did not hit as bad or long as it did other people. I believe it hit me because I cut back on the Andrographis because I was running out. I gave this to my family and it helped kick the virus quickly. I read about this herb and found it here. It seems to be amazing so far. It has given me energy that I notice late in the day when I usually start to drag. I'm pretty skeptical about these things, but it also seems to give me a more upbeat attitude also. I had read elsewhere it has a beneficial effect on the immune system which is one of the primary reasons I wanted to try it. When I get colds, they seem to linger a long time at my age and also they develop into bronchitis, so I'm trying to keep that from happening by using this herb among other things like exercising. I haven't been taking it long enough to know how that goes, but I would recommend this product for these reasons.

This product is a lifesaver! The nasty flu has been going around and everyone has it. My daughter came home with it and had the 103 temp and the whole nine yards. Good presentation, I had a hard time to swallow but should be fine I like how they protected the 💊, there is a cotton on the top which is I think to protect the pils.
