Pyrex Rectangular Containers
This is a heavy, beautiful special edition I loved to use. But the largest Blue lid was damaged. I could not find any tap for replacement. I didn't want a refund or to return them.

6 Cup container arrived chipped
I was looking forward to having the 3, 6, and 9 cup sizes of glass containers to start phasing out my plastic containers. However, this shipment showed damage on one corner of the box and sure enough, the medium size (6 cup) container had a sizeable shard broken off one edge. Also, the sides of the container appeared scraped; couldn't tell if that was a manufacturing flaw or if it had been used and returned. The lid also had an odd dent in it which made the lid not fit. This is the second time I've ordered a set of Pyrex in multiple sizes from the Pyrex store, and the second time one item in the shipment is chipped or broken. The other two containers were intact but each had similar scuff marks on the edges. Amazon refunded my money, but there's no way to replace the just the broken 6 cup container by itself. I'm sorry to say I'm not likely to recommend ordering from The Pyrex Store nor will I order from them again. Their packaging just doesn't stand up to shipping. I like the other containers which is why I took off only 2 stars, and I know they will be useful, but I wanted the full set.
