This is good when it works. But it doesn’t always respond

I’ve had this for 2 months now, and I got it since my rescue dog barks at strangers and has lunged at children. I appreciate that it’s relatively simple to use and very customizable. I’ve only really had to use the beep option, and rarely the vibrate. I used the shock once and it scared my dog pretty badly, and she really only needs the first 2 options. It’s significantly helped reduce her barking at strangers and helps correct negative behaviors very quickly (when used as the behavior is occurring or right after).I do find that the collar loosens while she’s running around. It is very durable and I’ve only charged it once since having it, so somehow my battery has lasted almost 2 months! I was turning it on and off for the first couple weeks, but stopped and just left it on after that.I wish it came with a charger however.

For me the most important factor is how the manufacturer rectifies the problem.First thing I did was contact Bousnic and I got my answer back in about 12 hours which was in my opinion super fast. They asked me to make sure it was paired and on Channel 1so I paired and made sure it was on channel 1 and the problem persisted (INTERMITTENT CONTACT). I mentioned to them that when charging the remote transmitter I had to wiggle the USB connection periodically to obtain full charge.The very next day I got a message back that they were going to warranty the product and gave me 2 options on how to replace it of which both options were more than suitable, very simple at no cost to me.It took approximately 4 days for the entire replacement and return of funds and in my books you can’t beat that, this company is completely honorable I give them 1000 plus******.The new collar works perfectly, easy to set up and even easier to operate. I have an 8 month old Rottweiler and he is a handful for my wife and I who are age 75 and 80. We would have major problems controlling our pup without the Bousnic shock collar and we only use the vibration mode at 8, we have never had the need to use the shock nor the Beep mode, that’s how well it works. Another amazing factor is that the receiver is very small and really comfortable for the dog.Not much more I can say other than I highly recommend this product with no reservations whatsoever, a really great company to deal with and a really great product.

Kind of a long read, so I apologize!I bought 2 collars. Blue for Davey, purple for Rowan. So far I absolutely love these collars.They were easy to set up and get situated.I havent quite trimmed the collar length up yet, but they're adjusted to them like they suggested (where you can get fingers throught the collar). I might make them tighter because they seem to slip out of place I prefer them and they're neck fat gets pushed up which I feel could mess with the prong to skin contact at some point.I found that Davey responds better on the lower end of the settings with this one, where as his other collar (that I paid $200 for) could be on high and he wouldn't really care about the shock.Both pups are learning the beep part of it. And have been responding nicely. Which is a nice change from just vibrations or shocking.We just recently moved so I've been having to train them on their new boundaries and the beep is a nice warning they're getting to close to going over it.The battery life has been amazing so far. Been using for a few days in a row for their usual training and boundary training, as well as inside usage and still has plenty of life left between the collar and remote.The only thing I don't quite like is how the remote feels. I feel like I'm going to break easily. Like it's not durable enough. But I think that's just because I'm so use to a heavier remote.Otherwise I really like how it works and that it goes into like a sleep mode when on and not being used, but works instantly as soon as you hit a button.Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and would recommend this to everyone. Very good product for the price!!!
