So far so good. It does a great job in steam mode, albeit that drains the battery pretty quick, usually lasts about 20-25 mins, but in hot water mode it lasts twice that. Too bad it doesn’t charge quick, that would be a nice feature. It lasts a good while in sponge mode though - I thought that would be a useless setting but my home got partially flooded recently and this vacuum really shined then - was able to drain at least 50 litres! The self-cleaning is really impressive too, now I’d not want to use a device without it.

The vacuum works great and I had some questions that I contacted customer service about, and they responded and offered help. The vacuum is great, the customer service is great, and the price was also great. Nothing to complain about. Goodbye to wiping the floor with mops or water and then having another round of drying. This 2 in one vacuum made cleaning as fun. Thank you Roborock and thank you YUNA from customer service. Cheers.

I bought the Roborock F25 Ace (Combo version) because I trusted the brand and needed a reliable wet & dry vacuum for my home. For the first two months, it worked well and I was actually very satisfied with the cleaning performance. However, the roller stopped working completely because a small plastic part inside the roller motor assembly broke. This part should not fail this quickly, especially on a premium product. The bigger problem is after-sales support. I emailed Roborock four to five times, called them, and tried every support channel they have. Unfortunately, they do not currently offer proper support in the UAE, and none of their US-based support teams could help me get the spare part. I searched everywhere online, but this small replacement part simply does not exist for purchase. So now I am stuck with an expensive machine that I cannot use, just because of one tiny plastic component—and no way to repair it. Pros: • Good cleaning performance when it works • Strong suction • Easy to use and practical design Cons: • Durability is extremely poor (roller motor part broke in 2 months) • No spare parts available for UAE • Roborock support is unresponsive even after multiple attempts • A single small part failure makes the entire device unusable If you live in the UAE or a region without official Roborock coverage, I cannot recommend this product at all. Buying it means taking the risk of having no support, no parts, and no repairs for even simple issues. I hope Roborock improves their global support, because the product itself had potential. But until then, this is not a safe purchase for customers in unsupported regions.

Very good both dry and wet vacuum for tails.Easy to clean and self cleaning if wet vacuum is the icing on the cake.

Happy with the product, you will only know how good this mop is, when you clean the dirty water tank 😉

Hello. I bought Dreame F25 Ultra Steam about 1-2 months ago. After using the Steam self-cleaning, the vacuum started leaking a large amount of water near the wheel immediately when turned on. Water tanks are installed correctly. Dirty water tank was empty. The device is not usable and unsafe. I stopped using it immediately. I would like a replacement or refund. I can provide a video showing the issue.

Was soll ich sagen, ich wollte schon seit 10 Jahren eine Staubsauger, der auch gleichzeitig wischt. Bisher bin ich begeistert. Eine kleine Schwäche könnte sein, dass er bei Katzenhaaren und bei ungleichmäßigen Bodenstrukturen etwas Schwierigkeiten hat Schmutz aufzunehmen und Haare aufzusaugen. Ich werde das weiter beobachten. Momentan wische ich dann einfach mehrfach über die gleiche Stelle. Die Ki ist super. Sie lernt, welche Muster man saugt und unterstützt die Bewegung durch den Antrieb der Räder vorwärts und rückwärts. Dadurch ist das Saugen nicht sehr ermüdend, selbst wenn man mit dem Rücken starke Probleme hat. Der Akku hält ca. 45 min. Das ist okay. Das Säubern ist sehr einfach. Durch das gute Sieb lassen sich Haare und andere Feststoffe leicht entfernen. Das Schmutzwasser ist nahezu ohne Feststoffe. Somit kann man es sowohl in den Ausguss, als auch in die Toilette entsorgen. Kurz ausspülen und das Gerät ist wieder einsatzbereit. Die Rollenreinigung und -trocknung ist super. Etwas laut, aber das dauert höchstens 5 Min. Dann findet die Trocknung statt und das ist ein eher leiseres Brummen. Alles in Allem bin ich bisher sehr zufrieden. Was die lange Frist bedeutet, muss ich erst noch abwarten.

Lo compré sobre todo para fregar la cocina. He de decir que friega bastante bien quita suciedad pegada en el suelo. Me ha sorprendido para bien. En un rato había fregado toda la casa (dos plantas). Fregar las escaleras con el robot es un poco rollo pero se puede. Fácil de manejar, mis hijos pequeños han estado fregando la cocina sin problema. Lo que friega peor son los rincones, detrás de la puerta…. Pese a que lo elegí por poder pasar por debajo de los muebles… no pasa por debajo de los de mi habitación. Algo a tener en cuenta si se tienen muchos muebles con patas. Las instrucciones no están en español. Como pone en la descripción del producto y para cambiarle el idioma te tienes que descargar una app. No supone mayor problema. El único pero que le veo es que el cable es corto. Supongo que está pensado para enchufes más bajos. El mio de la cocina está en alto y no me llega. El rodillo se limpia solo y al finalizar queda seco. Hace un poco de ruido, pero es normal. Aún no puedo opinar sobre la batería ya que hace poco que lo tengo. Si falla en algo, actualizare la reseña.

I purchased this mop around the middle of last year, and it has easily been our best tech purchase of 2025. It does an outstanding job cleaning both hybrid and tiled floors — effortlessly picking up hair and leaving the surface spotless. Compared to our previous steam and traditional mops, cleaning is noticeably faster, and the results are far superior. While I can’t say how it compares to cheaper alternatives, the build quality and performance of this model have been excellent. Since bringing it home, both our old steam and traditional mops have been permanently retired. That said, it’s not without a few shortcomings that I hope the manufacturer addresses in future models: There’s no sensor to detect whether the water tank is installed or properly seated. Because of this, when the mop is placed on the dock, the auto-clean cycle can start even if the tank isn’t positioned correctly, sometimes spilling water on the dock and potentially affecting the charging prongs. There’s no reminder to empty the dirty water tank, which can lead to odours. While it announces tank removal before self-cleaning, it doesn’t prompt again once the cycle finishes — a push notification or voice reminder would be great. The roller brush can collect debris underneath, and the only way to notice is through manual inspection. Overall, despite these minor issues, this mop has been a fantastic addition to our home and significantly improved how we clean our floors.

This is a life changer. I tried the Dyson Wash G1 one for about four months and it was quite cumbersome to clean. This is much easier to clean and cleans bigger particles. Then the Dyson did. I’m only one month in so I hope it doesn’t give any problems down the line. I haven’t set up the app yet as the default setting seem perfect for my floor. Overall, I love it and don’t know how I lived without it.
