Excellent Wireless CarPlay – Plug & Play, No Lag
This wireless CarPlay adapter works perfectly and does exactly what it promises. Installation was very easy — just plug it into the USB port and it connects automatically. The connection is fast and stable with no noticeable lag. Sound quality is great, maps and calls work smoothly, and it reconnects every time I start the car. Over heats and stops working
Started fine with a slight 1 second delay but then over heated and disconnected totally. Not a good buy. Used it on my ford edge 2017

Works great in my 2021 Tacoma. It seems to have a more reliable connection than other wireless CarPlay devices I’ve tested, and always connects when I start the truck. Compact so it fits right on the usb port. Great and easy to setup.

Works exactly the way you want. Plugged in and the phone appears as USB (not wireless USB). So, phone ->rVeiu1w-57 is Bluetooth. Then, rVeiu1w-57 ->car is wired-usb. If this is for a PHEV. It might be drawing a bit of power always, meaning you can be connected before you even sit in the car, and you're already ready to go - pretty cool.
