I recently bought a product from Our Place, and while it had a small issue, I reached out to their customer service just hoping for a possible fix. To my surprise, they went above and beyond — not only did they offer to replace the item, but they even gave me the option to upgrade! The communication was fantastic from start to finish. It honestly felt like they truly cared about their customers and wanted to make things right, which is rare these days. Their service exceeded my expectations in every way. The product itself is also incredible — clean, ceramic, free from any “forever chemicals,” and super convenient to use. I’ve already recommended Our Place to my friends, and a few of them have purchased after hearing how great both the product and service are. I’ll definitely be buying more from them in the future. 100% recommended!

We purchased this wonder oven in July of 2025. It has worked really well but in the last month or so it began not turning off at the end of the cooking cycle. I reached out to the wonder oven support and they were very helpful and prompt in their response. They sent me a new updated wonder oven which I received today - I am excited to try and out and may come back with another review. Thank you for your customer care!

Great oven except for the weak link- TIMER. Take a star away for build quality. The bell stopped working with 3 weeks of daily use. There is no other way to turn off the oven other than the recommended counterclockwise rotation of the timer! That is what ruined the bell. I believe forcing the timer backwards breaks it. Hopefully the oven will continue to turn off with the timer's nonfunctional bell. The timer as a shut off is a bad idea. A shut off on the temperature dial is missing and the oven light is also controlled by the infernal timer. I like dials but cannot see the markings. I got the Spice color with white text on the dials. Black with white text is ideal but I could only get the Spice color in large. For bread making the oven is perfect! Pizzas are good and crisp. This oven gets very hot. The convection fan stays on and makes it very hot (no way to turn off the fan). I'm cooking 25 degrees less than recipes. Changing shelf heights keeps cakes and casseroles from burning. Air fry seems to be about the same as Bake on the dial. Great fries! I bake a bun, air fries and hamburger in short order. If not for the timer the quality of the oven is great and would get 5 stars. I can do without the timer bell but am apprehensive about the longevity of the oven, due to the timer breaking and the oven not turning on. Video shows how I tirned the oven to lowest temperature. I tapped the knob several times and the oven light kept flickering.

This is great, I've used it for bacon, sausage, tator tots, grilled cheese. I'm loving it.
