Best knife for vegetable cutting. I am using one for last 7 years. Still sharp. Ordered more as my kids started helping in cutting 🙂

It's hard to underscore what a difference it makes to buy real Solingen blades. And these are so thin and sharp (we never sharpen them) that they cut beautifully through fruit and tomatoes without skiving off to one side and without much effort. Well worth it.

These knives are great to cut nearly everything from bread to tomatoes. It is capable of slicing thinly. It goes through raw meat with ease. I have purchased a few times

These are great knives. They are sharp and retain that sharpness for a very long time. I use them daily and have given them as gifts. These are the best knives I have ever had. With these serrated blade knives you don't saw through the food , you glide you knife through it. (I had to learn to use littthe to no pressure while using them.)

So far I am very happy with these knives. We had another serrated paring knife that just kind of disappeared one day. We had had that one for 10+ years. I ordered these ones vs. some of the other brands because they shipped quickly. They have been great for cutting tomatoes, and other fruits and vegetables, which is mostly what they will be used for. You can cut tomatoes very thin without squishing them. A few notes, it seems like you just get a random color. I got red. I don't really care. But, don't order these if you are specific about color. Also, the package was in hebrew. Again, don't care. If I could change anything about these knives, I would make them just a touch shorter. That's probably only because my last one was a little shorter.

Ce n'est pas les couteaux que j'attendais mais ils sont de bonne qualité . Les couteaux font 7 pouces de long et le manche est très solide . Les lames mesurent 3.25 pouces et sont finement dentelées . Ils coupent très bien . Je les recommande . Mes couteaux sont de couleurs vert lime .
