Creatine worth the hype
I started taking this creatine about four weeks ago. I noticed feeling less brain foggy, and I have more energy throughout my day. It doesn’t taste weird. I can put it in my water and or my electrolyte drink and not even notice it’s there. It dissolves great I will buy again!

Giving it a shot
I have never tried creatine before, but I have been lifting weights and trying to stay strong as I age. I selected this option since it is clean label project tested. It does not taste like anything, which is good, but it does not dissolve very well. I will shake it multiple times, but the particles are only temporarily suspended in the water. Most of the time, at the end of my bottle, there is just a bunch of sediment, so I wonder how much I am actually consuming. It may be better to put into a smoothie or something that will hold it better than water.
