I just had Umbilical Hernia Surgery December 19th and doctor recommend me to buy it. This belt helps me a lot during my recovery and I am still using it. Especially when I am sneezing, coughing or laughing the pain is way better while wearing this. It’s comfortable, easy to use, size fit as I order S-M and is prefect size for me. I only wear it during the day and remove it softly during my bedtime night as per doctor instructions. I recommend anyone going through Hernia surgery have this ready.

My surgeon said to stop wearing it considering I had 4 previous surgeries and this would make it worse. So far I am not having a problem. Otherwise it was OK up until then. It depends on your injury.

Good overall support. Doesn't help much for the abdominal pain of a cough.
