Broken mirror both times
I have received the same product 2 times and both times it came broken. The mirror comes in bubble wrapped original box but is placed in a much larger box allowing it to move all over. Will have to find from a local source.

Sturdy mirror
Mirror reminds me of a public bathroom mirror. It is actually very sturdy and so far so good. It came in a huge box and I held my breath opening because it didn't look packed well. However, the mirror made it without a scratch and the packing did the trick.

Amateur packing
Received the mirror on time, however, we didn't even bother opening it because whenever we moved the packaging it sounded like one of those rain sticks we had as kids. There were even tiny pieces of glass falling out of the corners of the box. My girlfriend and I just moved into a new house that doesn't have a bathroom mirror. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but next time you're getting ready for work try getting ready without one. What's worse is I bought it for $30 on here and now if I want to re-order it, it will cost $56. I already sent it back and demanded a refund. Highly disappointed in the carelessness that went into packing this mirror.

Best suited for a public restroom
I bought three 18x30 mirrors and they came individually boxed and packed incredibly well. I can't imagine these mirrors getting damaged in shipment. The picture of the frame online looks much wider than it really is; the actual width of the frame is more like a half inch. Be aware that this type of mirror is best suited for a public restroom. Since I had to have a certain size, this was my only choice. My contractor added a wood frame... So all turned out well.

mirror mirror
I needed a mirror for my dressing table, and I wanted a contemporary style This fits in with the decore. It has great hardware for hanging. Although I just have it sitting on the table leaning agaist the wall. Not sure if I will hang it. It looks good on my mirrored dressing table.
