Ceramedx - Ultra Moisturizing Natural Ceramide Cream Unscented for Dry, Sensitive Skin (6 oz.)

I love this cream. It's deeply moisturizing without feeling greasy. It's nice and thick, so you'll probably want to warm it up by rubbing your hands together to maximize its spreadability. The skin on my shins is legendarily dry; so dry it can crack and peel in the winter. But this cream makes that skin nice and soft, with a layer of protection that keeps moisture in and dryness out. Plus, it's cruelty free and vegan, so no living creatures had to suffer for my soft skin!

So far, this is the best and cleanest cream I've found. No parabens, no petrolatum, super moisturizing. I highly recommend it after a looong research of a clean cream for my son's very sensitive skin. Approved by his dermatologist and even recommended by him after discovering it. The best natural and clean option for other famous brands!

I have purchase this item a few times and really like it! It is wonderful for dry, rough skin and absorbs quickly. It is not sticky or greasy. I especially appreciate that Ceremedx products are vegan and cruelty free. I have purchased other items by Ceremedx, and each has been of excellent quality with a reasonable price. I wish this cream were available in a larger size!

I’ve been using this as a face moisturizer for years - only recently I found out it was technically a body cream. But I have never had any issues. It does not break me out, and despite a lot of other reviews say this, I have never had even the slightest pilling from this. Maybe it does when it is mixed with other products. I use it underneath my sunscreen and makeup and it’s never pilled or made me greasy. It relieves my dry skin quickly. I’ve bought it multiple times and the initial hardness of the product goes away once you break the seal. Then it turns a bit softer. Maybe some people are keeping it at the wrong temperature? When it’s left in my cold car it does seem to harden up. I like that it is in a tub so I can control how much I use and use up every last bit of product.

This lotion is super moisturizing and feels amazing on my skin. Great for my face at bedtime in the winter when we are needing that extra moisture. The smell is not great, but not strong. Has that alpha hydroxy smell if you are familiar with that. Smell dissipates quickly.

It’s a great cream! It’s super SUPER thick tho which is fine, but it has an oily residue no matter how much you rub it in. I was stupid and didn’t pay attention, and the bottle says it is for “extremely dry” skin, and if that’s you then it will be perfect for you! But if you have extremely oily skin like me, don’t get it! Way too thick and oily for my oily skin! I had bought this in replace of my Cerave skin moisturizer...and it’s so much thicker then the name brand.

Oh boy! I have been through a skin journey! I was constantly breaking out and had to take medication isotretinoin orally for 5 months. During that time, I was using CeraV. That was the only moisturizer that helped my skin. But I found later it wasn’t vegan! So I searched for a replacement and I found this! This is the holy grail for skin and especially if your using acutane. I have both the light weight one in the pump bottle and this one and I use both. The light weight one for summer(sometimes morning moisturizer. I go to the gym and i use water to rinse and then i use the light weight moisturizer. Works great!) and the ultra moisturizer for winter cold weather/ night time cream. This ultra moisturizer works soooo well! It may feel thick at first but the way your skin will absorb it is so fast. My skin feels like butter when i wear this at night and it works really well in the cold weathers. I also wear makeup so for those ladies looking for an extra boost of moisturizer to get you through the day while you wear makeup, this is a good one. I really hope they stick to this formula. I found the one and I would like to be sticking to it for life!

I bought for my face but i found it to be too thick and it pilled off horribly after an hour or so. But on my hands is amazing. I have very dry hands and this is better than the best hand creams I've tried. It's as good as kiehls hand salve but way cheaper and you get more. There's not enough here to be my dedicated body moisturizer but I plan to use on feet knees and elbows as well Update: tried it on my face again and it actually highly irritated my skin. I put it on and almost immediately rinsed it off because it was feeling irritating. An hour later and my cheeks are still bright red and hot. The only difference between this time and last time i tried it on my face is the vitamin c serum I used several hours ago this morning. It does not seem to react well with vitamin c i suspect. Probably don't try it with any other possible irritants
