Defective Product – Safety Concern
I’m really disappointed with this purchase. The item we received was defective — the wick of the scented oil diffuser was damaged right after plugging it in, it started smoking even after we unplugged it. That’s a major safety concern, and it made us very uneasy about using it again. We expected a pleasant fragrance experience, but instead got a faulty and potentially dangerous product. Definitely would not recommend unless the manufacturer improves quality control.

The best one so far, longevity of the vials
This Air Wick warmer is the best one I’ve used so far. The touch sensor feature that gives a 10-minute fragrance boost is very convenient, and I’ve noticed the fragrance vials tend to last longer with this warmer. Very satisfied with it.

Great value for the money.
It works very well. Scent comes through and fills room. Great value for the money. It performs with no leakage and the bottle size is perfect. Scents last for at least 3 weeks.

Spreads smell!
The smell travels a lot more than the regular version. I got this for my classroom. The first one I had dispersed the smell in a small area. This one traveled my classroom way better.
