Do any of thr bars have peanuts in them?

No, there is no peanuts in these but to be safe, it is best to presume that the factory from which it came would handle peanut products and could be a factor if peanut allergies is a problem. Rather safe than sorry.

Are these full-sized bars?

I bought these in November 2016 from a seller called ISE Forest Garden and they were not full size bars. They were about half normal size. I think it depends on seller. I bought them last year from a seller called Spellbound from England and they were full size.
