This massage gun has been worth every penny. The reliability of consistent performance session after session is impressive. The usability with intuitive controls makes it easy to use right out of the box. The durability of the build quality feels professional and substantial. The portability with the included case makes it perfect for gym sessions or travel. The compatibility with my recovery routine is seamless. The affordability compared to regular massage therapy sessions makes it a smart investment. The scalability of my recovery has improved dramatically. I purchased the TheraGun Therabody Prime Plus on July 9th 2025. Two weeks ago, it stopped working. You hear a short Rrrrr sound. I contact Therabody. They tell me to ship it back to them along with the accessories and provide me with a packing label. I don't have the original box because, like normal people, I threw it out after a couple of weeks of owning the product. I'm charged for shipping the Theragun back for a box and packing ($9.99). I know this is not a lot of money, but its the principal, and also things cost more now than ever before, so $9.99 adds up. I ask for a refund for the $9.99 - Therabody's Support responds, "No reimbursement." I now come to see they are shipping me a "replacement" unit after they received my broken one BUT it is NOT a new unit - NOPE, instead Therabody sends me a refurbished unit - again, not a New unit. I spent ~$429 on this device. It breaks within 9 months of light/medium use and they ship me back a refurbished Theragun. I strongly advise not doing business with this outfit. The shame is that I was very excited to use this, it does help with back, knee, and other pain areas but if it breaks so quickly and the replacement policy is cheap, why bother owning this? Disappointing all around - the product, the replacement policy, and the displacement of costs to the consumer.

So far I am very pleased with this! It is much quieter than the one I had before. Another brand. I had one of the first ones they had ever made. They have come a long way. The best I have ever tried. I am really liking the heat head. As long as the reliability is there I will be a loyal customer.
