My fave non seasonal grenade bar. The dark chocolate is very well done for a protein bar and the raspberry is there without being too much. It's a nice treat when you want a dark chocolate fix and have protein macros to fill. I appreciate that this is low carb and lower fat than many with a good protein to calorie ratio. It should fit into most diet plans including keto or low fat without adjusting to accommodate too much. Grenade can be expensive so I like to stock up via subscribe and save when on offer then skip the months its not (naughty but it helps with the budget)I find these bars to be a good size to fill a snack hole without leaving room to still feel snack.These do contain sugar alcohols so if you're sensitive to those you may want to avoid or treat them as an occasional indulgence.

This is one of my favourite flavours of grenade bars. They are very rich and sumptuous, sweet without being overly so. The nutritional content is good, very high in protein and relatively low in fats and sugars. These are a very good snack during the day or just after exercise, as they taste good and are good for muscle health. It's worth getting these in a bulk purchase as it makes it better value for money, so I would definitely recommend these. Not suitable for vegans as this is a whey based product.

Bought the daek chocolate raspberry one and credit where its due... The bar tastes almost like a normal chocolate bar. Even the texture is not chewy like other protein bars. Unfortunately after buying and consuming for a few weeks i read the ingredients list. While it is low in "sugar" the raspberry one contains things like maltodextrin which are worse than sugar. Won't be buying

I’ve tried almost every protein bar on the market, but the Dark Chocolate Raspberry is a high-quality standout. The richness of the dark chocolate perfectly balances the tartness of the raspberry layer. It actually feels like a premium confection rather than a 'functional' snack. It’s an incredibly easy way to satisfy a sweet craving while getting 20g of protein with less than 2g of sugar. Enjoyed these a lot due to the dark chocolate. The raspberry flavor wasn't very strong. Present in the first bite but lacking in the rest. Not super sweet.Will definitely buy again, though they seem to be the most expensive of Grenade varieties available.
