Are theses small in size, easy to swallow?

Is there a version with the natural cod fish smell and flavor? I prefer the fishy taste

I have taken cod liver oil capsules for years and never took any brand that had a strong, typical, old-fashioned cod liver smell. I suggest you look at liquid supplements that come with a "eye dropper" top. I recall decades ago my cat loved a supplement of cod liver oil, the liquid having a very strong fish odor.

Is this processed with heat?

The bottle? The glycerin, or the oil? But I do beleive tbey all are.
