Building on the techniques taught in the Nunchaku DVD, Young Kil Song teaches you two nunchaku forms: one for the single nunchaku and one for the more advanced double nunchaku. Each form is taught in segments, using front view, side view, rear view, bird's eye view and slow motion to give you a thorough understanding of these complex movements. Master Song's original nunchaku forms are excellent for competition, demonstration and challenging yourself to new levels of expertise with the nunchaku. Bonus: Nunchaku board breaking techniques and double nunchaku target drills.

not good for beginner!!!
Well ..... I thought that the beginners have to start guessing that the use of nunchuks!! but it just goes to show how to fight it! It was expected to be due to some initial training film to get my hands!! Well I'm disappointed! may show what's going in the movie!but, was basically not bad!

Something to try.
Liked how he broke down the steps and movements. Seems to include all the basic moves into one set. Thanks.

a master at work
Wasn't it Teddy Roosevelt who said, "Walk softly but carry a big stick?" In today's world, I'm sure he'd say, "You need more than a big stick, bro. Better carry a nunchuk."A nunchuk, or nunchaku, is two hardened sticks connected by a short length of chain or rope(an easy-to-carry Oriental martial arts weapon for defense against attackers). Amazon.com sells them.Bruce Lee demonstrated their effectiveness against attackers in his movies. Here in this dvd, a Korean martial arts master expands on Lee's technique, serving up some tricks of his own along the way --- a terrific workout for young beginners, especially.

Very unique forms
There are two forms on this DVD: One for single and another for double nunchaku. Although the single one mostly employs the basic moves of disc 1 (and the number of techniques is a bit limited), it is well put together and is very intricate and unique. The Double form is a bit short but Master Song uses some rare techniques that I myself have never seen anywhere else. My only complaint is that he always grabs his weapon too close to the chain; I myself only grab the handles near the bottom because it is the only way to achieve full range.
