Quality, comfort, and adaptable!
I bought this for my Kahr CW380 because Amazon is one of the few online stores that I can actually find a holster for this pistol; I've never found one in a brick-and-mortar store. It arrived in 2 days and I put it right to use. The day before it arrived, I got an email from 1791 Gun Leather with break in and care instructions. When it arrived I already knew what I needed to do, although it fit perfectly and no extra break in was necessary. Living in Texas, I often must dress for warm weather and can't easily conceal one of my larger frame pistols; hence why I rotate in the small frame .380 this time of year. I've worn this IWB for 2 days now and it's my most comfortable holster. The leather is rigid where it needs to be for a secure fit but still soft on the skin. Standing, sitting, driving, bending and twisting, I haven't had to adjust it or remove it and I never felt like my pistol would be any less secure. I've been using a Blackhawk pocket holster that's designed to stick to the inside of your pants pocket. With the comfort and adaptability of this holster, I'll never go back to the Blackhawk. I can wear this IWB with regular fitting t-shirt and have zero imprinting. I will be returning to 1791 Gun Leather in the future to outfit several of my other pistols. And as an added bonus, they sent me a really nice stamped leather keychain for free!

Great fit, feel, and conceal! What more could you want?
Great holster! Looks great, though no one will see it. Fits great! I followed the instructions on breaking it in and it fits my Glock like a glove. I have practiced a bit drawing it, and i have a nice smooth pull with it. It wears great! It ridesnice and high outside the waistband and depending how you like to carry, it doesn't print at all and I dont have to wear overly baggy shirts to hide it. Wearing it around the house breaking it in, i eventually forgot it was there because it felt so comfortable. I am very pleased with the construction, nice thick double stitching with good, quality, thick leather. Also, as a perk, i love the smell of leather. Overall, probably one of the best purchases i have made on Amazon. I will definitely do business with 1791 agaim, as they seem to really care.

Quality holsters require a break in period
This holster will hold your hardware securely in the short term but the long term effectiveness is still to be determined. Typically, cow hide is not as likely to hold it's shape with continued used like horse hide will. For the price I would expect this holster to last about 8 to 10 years, but I hope for more. Do not expect to use this holster the next day after it arrives, and that is to be expected from a quality holster. You will need to follow the break in directions and in addition, make sure you draw your firearm (ensuring it is empty first) from the holster at least 100 times to start breaking in the leather. You will want to make another 100 draws (again, ensure it is empty) from the holster while it is looped through your belt. Once you have done this you can feel confident in wearing this out of your house. If you buy a holster that requires less that this you can count on it "breaking" in a few years and not providing the secure hold you are looking for while allowing a comfortable draw. I have at least three holsters for each handgun and this will stay as one of those that I will depend on for continued use in various outfits.

My favorite holster.
I got this for my Kimber CDS9. I could not be happier. I have concealed carry for almost two decades and this is one of the nicest holsters I have ever used. I generally carry OWB at 3 o'clock or AIWB. This holster excels at both. Even though I have countless holsters for other firearms, I will be replacing some of those with the 4-way. It is that good. I have a few other 1791 holsters and they are all excellent, but the 4-way gives me the carry options that I actually use.

Beautifully made but.....
This is one beautiful holster and overall I do like it. However, it is a pain to break in if you follow the seller's break in instructions. I don't know how many times I went through the process it break in the holster. Another review stated that they left their gun wrapped in plastic overnight in their holster to break it in. This might be a better approach to the process. If the gun doesn't fit loose enough you'll end up drawing your gun in the holster because the clip isn't able to hold on to the gun belt if the holster retention is too high. Also, trying to put a gun belt through the holes to wear it owb is ridiculously hard. If you want a holster to use for owb you will probably find it frustrating.

High quality, built to last. And stylin
Im a huge fan of kydex holsters. They are light weight, cheap, and ready to go out of the package. But let me say this, there is somthing about carrying a heavy duty leather holster. This holster is made of very nice quality leather. Their logo is stamped very clearly in the leather. You have multiple carry options with this holster. I think this holster is a must. I will say that the holster is very very hard to break in for my glock 43. The best way to break this holster in seems to be to wrap plastic wrap around your gun at least 10 times holster the gun and let it sit. The edge of the clip is also kind of sharp. I would like to see the edge of the holster either dulled or bent more out word. I still give this holster a 5/5 because the cons for this holster are so small its really not worth bitching about. If you are thinking about buying this holster THEN DO IT.

Doesn't fit the G43 trigger guard ... period
I had a problem with fit and am sending the holster back ... it was stitched too tightly where the trigger guard would normally enter the holster -- and the result?? The G43X doesn't fit and never will in this piece of leather without modification. It's a nice looking holster, nice color, and I wanted it to "work" -- but the G43 will NOT seat in the holster I received. "Break-in" has nothing to do with the problem as I've been "breaking in" gun leather for over 50 years and I know how to do it. The stitching is simply not sewn properly. I could cut some of the sewing (trigger guard seam), but that kind of defeats the purpose of buying a $50 holster that should be of good quality AND FIT. The holster is the right size for the G43 (confirmed on the package) -- looks great -- but this is NEVER going to stretch enough to make it "happen". So it's going back -- the only question is do I get a replacement in hopes that it "fits properly"?? Or do I walk away and buy one from another manufacturer??
