Discovery Kids RocketShip Projection Alarm Clock Technovary® Power Supply/AC Adapter

No real problems with the adapter, but the clock is not worth the price. The adapter cost almost as much as the clock, and the projection feature of the clock only works for minutes with just batteries.

It does exactly what it claims to do, and is completely compatible with the Discovery Kids RocketShip Projection Alarm clock. Minus one star because, well, I paid almost $20 for this adapter that should have been included with the projection alarm clock in the first place.What makes this different than buying a run-of-the-mill adapter? The adapter includes the "wall wart" (brick that plugs into the wall) and some length of cord, but what makes this different is that it also includes an extension cord with a 90 degree plug on the end that mates to the rocket ship. That's why others have complained about generics - those plugs (that are not 90 degrees) are too long and the rocket now rests on the plug instead of the tail fins. Please see photos attached that might help explain.But if you don't mind the price, it seems to work perfectly.

Honesty this I am sure is a fine charger but I never got the chance to use it. The actual alarm clock never showed up. Now I have charger that doesn't go to anything and have been waiting for almost a month for the clock and the hastle of sending this back just irritates me. Why on earth the charger is not included with the actual alarm clock is beyond me.

The title pretty much says it all. It works like it's supposed to. Sad that it didn't come with the rocket ship alarm clock to begin with and you have to spend another $20 to make the alarm clock usable. It eats batteries and I kept forgetting how to set it because it came with no instructions! It's worth the extra $20 though since my son loves the alarm clock.

I searched for and expected a 12vdc center neg. power supply.I received neither.

This was exactly what I needed. It was a standard AC wall plug-in that had a seperate L shaped adapter so that it could fit under the legs of the clock. Works great!

Giving 2 stars because I bought a cheaper adapter. just wanted to say how RIDICULOUS it is the clock doesn't come with an adapter. Way to screw customers for MORE money Discovery Kids.

Worked perfectly on the Rocketship alarm clock. Now we're battery free. Practical. My son loves to see the galaxy pictures & time projected on the ceiling at night.
