Why peeling and itching all my faces? 😞

That is a normal reaction to retinol when you do not follow the below instructions and let your skin adjust slowly. I copied and pasted this right from the description section for this product. "Pure Retinol is a potent ingredient, your skin will need time to adjust. Introduce gradually. Week 1, apply Pure Retinol Serum 2 nights a week before moisturizer. Week 2, use every other night. Week 3, use nightly as tolerated. Follow with SPF in AM." If you find that you are having a reaction, despite following these directions, then you likely have sensitive skin and this particular retinol is just too strong for you. In this case, I recommend retinoids, like Grandactive retioids. Retinoids are much more gentle than retinol. Especially pure retinol. Also, it is ESSENTIAL that you wear spf if you plan on using retinol or retinoids. Most people that complain of redness and peeling are just having a normal reaction and just havent educated themselves properly on the use of retinol. My skin is very used to retinol so I get no redness, itching or peeling. But I started out using products with less retinol and worked my way up. It is not the fault of the product. They say right in the instructions that this is a strong retinol. If you are a beginner, just start slow. If you still can't tolerate it, look at retinoids. I hate all these reviews of people saying not to buy the product because they had a skin reaction. That means the retinol is working! You're just not used to it people. Read about stuff beforehand, and really, its always best to do a patch test on your elbow before applying any facial product. Especially if you have sensitive skin. This is just common sense, folks.
