Very good laptop! Everything works perfectly.

Great deal really good vent. Doesn't feel hot even when running hot. Case can be a bit tricky to keep clean due to the material but easily wipes clean with a microfiber cloth. Had to grab one now before ram prices me out of the market all together.

Poor build quality, touch pad rattles, with each touch. Poor performance, not worth even half of t he cost. Will never buy HP again, nor will I ever buy from Amazon again. The whole experience was an absolute nightmare!!!

Based on all the privacy issues with Win11 I did a fresh install using Rufus made USB key so I could get a local user account. The install went shockingly fast, this is a crazy fast computer. By far the fastest laptop I have used. Didn't have to install anything from HP or download drivers from anyone. Win11 fresh install handled everything correctly. Painless! I haven't tested the 3D performance, we got this for the HP brand, 17in screen and fastest AMD AI processor. I had to sent HP a copy of the Amazon invoice to correct the factory warranty period. No stability issues at all, not a single hiccup. Using a 65W HP power adapter it kept referring to battery power. So you really need to use the included AC adapter to keep it running. One negative is HP left out Thunderbolt support to save a few dollars. As a result there is no way to add a full performance dock. Very annoying when this is otherwise powerful enough to use as a desktop replacement!

While the build quality falls a bit short of what I’d expect at this price point—especially with the hinges feeling a tad flimsy and the touchpad lacking precision—this laptop truly shines once it’s powered up. It’s an absolute powerhouse that handles demanding tasks with ease, making it a worthy desktop replacement. Just keep in mind, it’s massive in size, so portability isn’t its strong suit. Overall, if raw performance is your priority, this machine delivers in spades.

This is an especially good gaming computer, which so far has been excellent in execution. It arrived on time, as promised, and was well packaged. I am impressed with the company. I trust I shall not have to contact them, but I do recommend them and the computer. I am very pleased.

I have been tracking the price in this laptop for close to a year! When I saw this offer, I jumped on it. Great laptop, with easy setup that I was able to do on my own.
