You want be disappointed with this purchase. Helly Hanson makes a top quality jacket. Water resistant is great for raining days. The layering of the jacket keeps you dry, warm, and blocks the wind quite well. The jacket is both stylish and of good quality. I would definitely buy again.

HH is top tier gear
I haven't used this jacket yet. I bought it because HH makes great weather gear. I live where it can be 90 and sunny in one moment, and 90 and dumping rain the next. I ride motorcycles. A lot. So if I can find a truly waterproof jacket that is affordable, and packs into a small bag, im buying it. So I did

A nice all purpose jacket (rain, light snow, wind) that isn’t too bulky or heavy.
Excellent jacket - not too heavy, but very well shielded from the rain/snow/wind, and quite warm too.I don’t like bulky jackets as I ski at advanced level and get quite warm on some long runs.I am planning to wear 2 thin inner layers and this jacket for skiing, and it should suffice to keep me warm on the highest ski trails this winter.I wear 15.5 for my shirt and a medium size fit me perfectly. Helly Hanson is known for their quality, and I am expecting my jacket to last many years.
