A nice option to the kitechen for lovely presented cheese molds
excellent value. Many shapes and sizes. The small is actually the one most used, though when it was purchased I though it would be the least used. But once you drain your ricotta or cheese, the solids fill the small nicely and it presents a nice shape for serving

Update: Seller resent the entire kit. 5 thumbs up Using cheese molds for years. Bought this kit because of the two smaller molds, and used the larger round one for the first time a few days ago for soft ricotta. Bottom broke immediately when i was trying to release the cheese out.
