All the good stuff
These are great post work out. They are lightly carbonated and have the all good stuff, while leaving out the artificial dyes and other unnecessary ingredients. The citrus flavor is subtle and enjoyable! I feel more hydrated finishing one of these after my workout.

I loved these drinks after a run in the heat. I’ve tried similar brands, but many tasted too salty and lacked flavor. These are refreshing, great-tasting, and perfect post-workout. I would highly recommend

Cola Flavor Lacks
My rating is based primarily on the taste. It reminds me of a cheap tasting cola. The electrolytes in the drink do the job after a tough hot workout. I will get through the case but unlikely to buy this flavor again.
