Forget counting sheep ,these pills work.
One bottle filled with blue gel sleeping pills. Use one pill with one glass of water half an hour before you are going to bed. Stop drinking coffee ,energy drinks 2 hours before going to bed. Make bedroom as dark as possible, keep windows open for fresh air. Use fresh linnen on your bed. Keep the sleeping pills at a dark place do you live in a warm state Arizona, Texas, Florida my tip put them in the fridge. Pills are wonderful easy to swallow,effective , value for money enough pills for 2 months, price is great . Keep away from children and dogs or cats. Excellent sleeping pills.

Did not work.
I’ve been taking an OTC sleeping pill every single night for the past 35 YEARS. Always the “gel” formula. I have tried every brand. I have never taken over one dose. If I don’t take one I am wide awake all night. These did not affect me at all. I gave them a 3 night trial. I did not sleep for three days.

Hard to find this product now so was shocked at the price (very high!) other than that nothing much to say - it does what it's meant to do!

It looks expensive, but it’s essentially a year’s supply, and far better price per dose that the usual named brands.

Much cheaper than the leading brand. Contains the same active ingredient so just as effective

Took about two weeks to arrive. I didn't find they helped me get to sleep any quicker but did feel they made me feel very tired the next morning and harder to get up.
