Here in a hurry
The plug of my old charger broke and would not plug in. The printing on it is same as original equipment. The plug into my computer was too big... BUT their charger came with two different size adapters, and that made it perfect. I'm writing this on the laptop right now. Awesome... I thought that if this didn't work, I'd have to buy new laptop.

So far, so good.
I'm always leary about considering unbranded items for purchase; especially electronics. However, we have been using them for almost a month in two laptops without issue. Looks almost identical to the original charger. Cord is longer and appears to be good quality.

Works well
I have had this adapter for over a month now and I have not had any issues with it. The adapter does get hot when the laptop is charging but overall, it serves its purpose pretty well. It fits perfectly in my GL552VW that is having a 5.5mm outer diameter and 2.5mm inner diameter. For the devices with 4.5*3.0mm connecter, they also include an adapter connecter converter.

Doesn't work for my Asus laptop
Bought this to power and Asus RoG laptop. Doesn't work -- causes the laptop to cycle between battery and power such that the system won't even work. If I could give it a zero, I would.

Does the job, but doesn't fit like the OEM charger.
The cable does what it's supposed to do, charges my laptop battery, but it routinely falls out of the port without so much as a nudge. The adapters it comes with did not help. Still, it works and got me past a dead charger that needed replacing in a pinch.

They provided an adaptor that matched my power connection!
I was really nervous to buy this cord because even though the main power supply was identical to my existing power supply, I was unsure about the connection to my computer. I can't seem to find any cord that is compatible with my Asus Q536F - and Asus does not indicate what the connection size is - so that makes buying a "roll of the dice." I was grateful that even though the "built-in" connection on the power cord did not fit my power connection, they provided an adaptor that did the job! I can't say THANK YOU enough.
