Stale beans
The taste is great. However, we make our coffee “pour over” style. I use the same water temp and grind the beans the same size as any other beans. These specific beans do not “bloom” when first pouring water over the grounds. I have zero issues getting a “bloom” with all my other beans. So this tells me these specific coffee beans are stale. This has been the case with 3-4 bags of this brand. While the taste is good, I will not be repurchasing.
