These are the best incontinence briefs I’ve found. They are comfortable with no scratchy edges as so many brands have, and test Amazon house brand I’m looking at you. They absorb a great deal without feeling wet and last a long time. The biggest drawback is they’re fairly bulky, including between the legs and while these are intended for overnight, they do/nt have a daytime version so they add a bit of bulk under clothing. The range of sizes is the best I’ve seen with sizes up to a 90” hip. I ordered a couple of the 4-pack sample packs and each included a sample either their excellent wipes or their pad booster, which is applied inside the briefs for even more absorbency. Pros: very comfortable, absorb a lot of pee, fit range is excellent for larger people. I chose the 2X as the 1X is just barely too small. Cons: very expensive, a bit bulky I recommend these highly.

A little pricey but worth it for the support. Very thick and comfortable. I sleep better knowing I have them on . Better than trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Avoids possibility if falls when you’re not alert but the product is great all around, offers comfort and dryness for the Entire night. I would recommend to anyone and I have.

Great product, soft to the touch and very comfortable to the skin. It holds full bladder ! I had one or two leaks out of 50 which could be due to my posture at the moment. Con is definitely the price as is quite high and difficult to spend especially considering disability check is barely surviving. I wish they could offer discounts at least for people on disability..

I Provide private elderly care for a family friend. we have tried numerous other brands from off the shelf in stores. they all leak. these hold a copious amount of fluid with ease, and they sent bonus bed pads in our 50+ count shipments. she is in decline with dementia, incontinence, and a slew of other complications. these have been wonderful for our application, i do not have to deep clean furniture anymore, and changing bedding a couple times a night is no longer a issue. i would recomend these to almost anyone.

Leg holes too large/loose. Waist is too large. Recommend sizes are wrong. Product leaks and is worthless. Review addendum Customer service with NorthShore was very helpful. They are working on a refund for my purchase. I requested NorthShore please reevaluate their sizing information. A warning to potential customers. This product is larger than explained in the sizing instructions. Please purchase a size smaller than recommended by NorthShore.

This product has worked much better than all the other leak protection underwear we have tried for our senior. He also likes this brand. It is the best overnight product we have used over the past several months. It is a little bulkier than some of the other overnight products, but there have been no complaints about the fit and he finds it is easier to put on and take off without ripping or tearing.
