I’m very disappointed with this tea. I was so excited when I finally got it, but when I tried it it wasn’t what I was expecting. This tea is more of a black and green tea than lemongrass. I know very well how lemongrass taste, I grew up with lemongrass and still cook with lemongrass. This tea doesn’t even have a hint of lemongrass taste in it. It’s a waste of money for me. I love teas and I drink all kinds of teas, much more than water. And this tea is a big disappointment

I love the blend and the flavor of the tea and will probably order more, but you need to improve on the delivery system. The 'triangular' bags are unique, but I'm not sure they're necessary. It makes them a bit awkward to deal with. The main issue I don't like, though, has to do with the string. First, the string is too short. I normally 'tie off' my teabag strings to the handle of my mug. That keeps the string and tag from falling into the cup. I can't do this with your teabag. As a result, when the water is poured into the mug, it frequently pulls the string and tag in with it, unless I hold it with my other hand. Quite annoying! Second, the string is not attached well to the teabag. Quite frequently, in the process of using the teabag, the string comes loose from it. I use my teabag strings, wrapped around the spoon and teabag, to squeeze the excess water out of the bag, before disposing of the bag. I can't do this with your string; again, because it's not long enough and it won't stay attached to the bag.

I steep the Lemongrass Green Tea about 3.5 minutes because I like the flavor to be a touch stronger; if steeped 2.5 minutes the flavor is more subtle but still delicious.I have purchased the Oolong & Peppermint Green Tea from Teamonk & I have not been disappointed; they are all delicious.I have been a coffee drinker for longer than I care to admit & was looking to cutback. My daughter loves tea so she convinced me to give tea a try, needlesstosay, I am hooked.

Was a bit disappointed to find out this tea was not what it was up for. I love green tea and usually grow my lemon grass but I ran out. This tea leaves a bitter tartness after taste and I can’t tell which flavor is trying to win is it green tea or lemongrass Im not even sure if I tasted either. I gave it three rounds of tasting and still couldn’t make it work.

I just received this tea today, with high hopes (Teamonk Darjeeling Green tea). Unfortunately, it's the worst tea I've ever tasted!!! Taking it out of the package, it has absolutely no smell at all. This is a bad sign, because any green tea should have it's own (and hopefully even, fresh) smell. A kind of grassy tea smell. And of course, darjeeling has it's own unique smell. So either the quality of this tea is so substandard (which I suspect), or it's very very very very very old. I did brew a cup just to see how bad it really is. It's bad. It's also tasteless. I would never ever buy this tea again, and the sad thing is I will not be allowed to return it. I should be, because it is such an inferior product.

I was disappointed that the cinnamon flavor of the tea was very weak and a bit bitter. I was hoping for a true and strong cinnamon tea. When I opened the tea for the first time it did not even have a cinnamon scent.

I love the flavor. Its light and reminiscent of the tea that has been served to me at Chinese restaurants.The container is airtight. The tea arrives sealed in a foil bag inside of the container. After you open the foil the lid will form a tight seal when you close it.

I'm in love with Teamonk Global Teas! Cinnamon is my second order. I tried the Peppermint first. Both are smooth and have just the perfect hint of their compliment flavor. Neither one is bitter on my palate. These are great teas and I will absolutely be ordering more!

Loved the freshness of this green tea. Beautiful long leaves n no powder residue or broken leaves at all. The cinnamon can be a little strong/hot for people who don’t consume it all but otherwise it’s lovely. Can’t wait to see if there’s any changes in weight or not..!!

This was my second order and the tea bags does not come in sealed pouches as before and even the thread is very cheap, just breaks down while dipping and taking out of the cup. The product is far better from any other green tea that I have used.

If you want quality green tea with strong natural aroma and flavors and don't want to spend attrocious prices then tea monk is for you. Really love the cinnamon flavor. I tried their chamomile also before. Happy with tea monk. Excellent product

The product is really very good. The flavour is something which you will like. I had it without milk and sugar and it is refreshing. The tea bags are triangular in shape and I understand from a Tea Garden Manager that tea bags with triangular shapes always have better quality tea.

No words to say, the pure feel of a perfect Cinnamon Tea. 5 Stars :)
